When the existing glue is in use, after the glue is squeezed out of the hose, part of the glue will flow back into the packaging hose. The returned glue may pick up contaminants such as dust on the nozzle, and the contaminants may mix with the unused glue. As a result, the performance of the glue is changed, or the contaminants and glue are squeezed out together with the glue in the next use, which will cause the uneven bonding surface, etc., which affects the use effect. And part of the glue will remain at the nozzle, which will block the nozzle after air drying.
In order to solve the pollution problem caused by the glue backflow, we have specially designed the nozzle of the Glue packaging tube during production, which can perfectly solve most of the glue tube backflow problems. For some glues with high strength and very strong adhesion, the inner wall of our packaging tube has been specially treated so that it will not stick to the inner wall.
